Job Description:
- Should have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Handle all secretarial work for the board of Directors.
- Coordinate with all Heads of Departments (HODs) for various meetings.
- Coordinate/follow-up with departments on daily open activities, periodic reports, requisitions, etc.
- Collate information and provide it to the Director as and when requested.
- Coordinate with all departments for the smooth functioning of the organization.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes to appropriate Directors.
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing email.
- Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries.
- Maintain schedules and calendars of the Director.
- Arrange and confirm appointments after consulting with the Director and availability.
- Maintain databases of visitors.
- Co-ordinate activities around potential business openings.

Minimum Experience:
